I just spent five minutes choking after some purging came up and went back down the wrong way, that was really painful :(
Other than that I’m back into loosing, it’s started slowly but it’s better than nothing right?

Maybe it’s for the best, it’s not worth getting into the habit to be honest x
I do situps and press ups but other than that not really, I prefer running walking and swimming x
Purged both meals today as planned, with a kitkat in the middle for a little energy kick.
I have also taken 10 lax so any excess waste will be gone by morning and I can go out feeling thinner than before, just not thin enough.
I’m on a strict diet this week, so I’m mainly eating vegetables and fruit as I need to loose weight by friday.
I use my fingers everytime, not sure about other things x
I literally have no idea, maybe try more fluids? x
